Option 2: Manually exchanging data

Use Case

The octoplant system and the device or the older operating system are not connected. The project data is managed in the octoplant system and the exchange of data between the device and the octoplant system takes place manually, for example, with a USB stick, the network drive, or by using the Supplier Check-Out function in the UserClient.

Advantages	Disadvantages
Direct access to new features and functions in octoplant.	Manual effort required exchanging data between the systems.
