System requirements¶
This page contains the requirements needed to run the octoplant pro hub.
Browser support¶
The octoplant pro hub supports the following browsers (the latest stable version in each case):
- Apple Safari
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Opera
Firewall ports¶
To use certain octoplant pro hub functionalities, you will need to open ports in your firewall for the specific DNS names or IP addresses listed below. Copy and paste the URLs provided here and enter them into your chosen firewall white list.

While the DNS names are stable, the IP addresses may change in the future. Therefore, we recommend that you whitelist the service in the firewall using DNS.
For customers based in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa¶
