Multi-factor authentication

Multi-factor authentication is configured separately in Tenant management. Once it has been set up there, it can be toggled on/off for all users in the User management module.

To reset multi-factor authentication for a user:

  1. In the User management module, select a user.
  2. The User information dialog will open.
  3. In the Authentication methods section, go to Multi-factor authentication and select the vertical ellipsis.
  4. Select Reset multi-factor authentication.
  5. The multi-factor authentication is deactivated for this user.
