Editing existing server information¶
Server information can also be edited after a new server is created.
- In the Server management module, select the server whose data you want to edit.
- The Server information dialog will then open.
- If required, edit the data in the fields: Display name, Address (Street Number), ZIP Code, City, Country, Description, and Comment.
- A Tenant ID and a Server ID are automatically created for the new server. Use the buttons next to the two fields to copy the Tenant ID and the Server ID to clipboard. You can then insert those values in the AdminClient of the octoplant server itself (Global settings module -> octoplant pro hub tab).
- To create an access token for the new server, select the Create button next to the corresponding field.
Info
If you want to use the token, you must copy it directly after creating it using the button. Once you close the dialog and open it again, you will only see the timestamp of when the token was created and can lock the token using the Revoke button. You can no longer copy the access token.
- Under Server settings, you can check or uncheck the Active checkbox depending on whether you want the data of the server to be displayed in reports or not.
- Select Save.
- A small pop-up, Server successfully saved, will briefly appear. Your server has been successfully saved.
