Configuring the Monitoring Center¶

1. Select the Configure button ().

2. The Configure Monitoring Center dialog will open:

   

3. This dialog has several sections that you can configure. Configure these and select Save:

   • Report selection
   • Page behavior
   • Timing
   • Filtering

Report selection¶

• Any report may be included in the slideshow.
• To include reports, drag-and-drop reports from the Available reports column to the Selected reports column.
• To include all reports select the button.
• To exclude reports, drag-and-drop reports from the Selected reports column to the Available reports column.
• To exclude all reports select the button.
• To arrange the reports in desired display order, drag-and-drop to reorder the Selected reports column.

By default, all of the predefined reports are included in the Selected reports column.

Page behavior¶

The Page behavior selector controls whether just the first page of the selected reports or all the pages of each report are displayed.

Timing¶

• The Switch to next report or page after control allows the user to set the interval time to display each report (or page of the report).
• The Monitoring Center will cycle through all of the reports until the Refresh report contents after setting is exceeded. Reaching this timeout will force the Monitoring Center to reload all reports after the end of the current sequence.

Filtering¶

• The configured reports can be filtered by server or time period.
