Getting started with Export API

Info

Want to start using the Export API but don’t see it enabled in your environment?

  • Contact AMDT Support or Sales to request access.
  • After activation in your tenant, you can configure users and generate API tokens.

Configuring access (tenant admin)

Once the Export API is enabled:

  • Tenant admins can access API functionality across all servers within the tenant.
  • Admins can manage user permissions and generate API tokens.

Granting user permissions

  1. Go to to Settings > Role Management > Role Information > System Configuration.
  2. Create or update a role to include Export API permissions.
  3. Assign this role to any users who need API access.

Generating an access token

  1. Go to Settings > Export API Management > Export API Management Page.

  2. Set the token’s expiration date.

    Warning

    You can’t modify the expiration date after saving it.

  3. Select Create to generate the token.

    Tip

    The system displays the token only once. Be sure to copy and store it securely. After token generation, the Create button changes to Revoke.
