What's new in octoplant 101.3.7 LTS

octoplant 101.3.7 LTS is a long-term support version. It is available to customers with GxP extended support. The LTS version is based on octoplant 101.3.6., extended by the following security updates.

System performance and stability

A stable and efficient software is vital and will be improved by these adjustments:

  • Updated PostgreSQL database to version 15.8 to fix vulnerability CVE-2024-7348 and to fix issue leading to occasional memory leaks
  • Fixed internal process communication to avoid unnecessary PostgreSQL database connections
  • Updated the 3rd party library 7zip to v24.08
