Moving the octoplant server

From time to time it may be necessary or useful to move an existing octoplant server to a new server system. The reason for a move may be, for example, that the previous server system is outdated and no longer runs reliably.

Warning

Access to the server is not possible during the move. We recommend to move the server during off-peak times, for example at night or at weekends.
