Server synchronization¶

Server synchronization makes it possible to synchronize the data of two servers that are located on different systems. Several servers can also be synchronized with each other one after the other.

The following elements can be synchronized:

User management
Internal event display
Scripts
Backups and check results
Global settings
Job configuration
User-specific configuration
Configuration of agents
Configuration of upload classes
Components
Configuration of comparison
Component types

Quicksaves and tags are not synchronized.

Typical use cases for server synchronization are

Backup of data at regular intervals on a second server
Same status on several servers
Moving a plant to another location
