Defining synchronization partner

Synchronization jobs are created for specific partners (servers). This means that before you create a job, you must define a synchronization partner.

  1. Start the AdminClient and open the Server synchronization module.
  2. Select the Edit partners button in the menu bar.
  3. The Server configuration dialog opens.

  4. Enter the name and IP address of the server in the Configuration name and Server address fields.

  5. Select the Test connection button to ensure that a connection is possible between the two servers.
  6. When all ports are displayed in green, save your settings using the Save button.
