Server synchronization log and Event log module

Two important logs are written during server synchronization:

  • Events that affect the server synchronization itself and that are processed within the Server synchronization module (e.g. server synchronization successfully completed) can be found in the Server synchronization log. You can open this using the Show server synchronization log button in the menu bar.

  • Events that take place outside the server synchronization with the servers, but which can still influence the success of the synchronization (e.g. user or password incorrect), can be found in the Event log module.

If the server synchronization has failed, you should evaluate both logs to find the error.
