Server synchronization log and Event log module
This topic describes the two logs that can help you evaluate server synchronization results and errors.
Two important logs are written during server synchronization:
- Events that affect the server synchronization itself and are processed within the Server synchronization module, for example server synchronization successfully completed, can be found in the Server synchronization log. You can open this log using Show server synchronization log in the menu bar.
- Events that take place outside the server synchronization with the servers, but that can still influence the success of the synchronization, for example incorrect user name or password, can be found in the Event log module.
If server synchronization fails, evaluate both logs to find the error.
