FAQ
Why don't my clients start after being updated with the MSI?
If octoplant clients installed via MSI do not start, the issue may be caused by a corrupt client archive transferred from a previous installation.
To resolve this, try removing or renaming the client archive specified in the /rd:
argument of the client shortcuts or located in the default directory %USERPROFILE%\octoplant\ClientArchive\
. Then, restart the client.
Important: Before removing the client archive, create a backup of your data. A new client archive will be generated upon the first startup or after the server configuration.
