Finding a user/group by ID¶

In some cases, reports, error messages or database exports contain the ID, but not the name of the user or of the group. The ID has the following format: 804B00D5C0DD4AF1ABA07CA6B5EFB898.

You can find users and groups by their ID. To do this, the ID must be copied and pasted into the search bar under Groups. Then press the Enter key.
