Sending emails for warnings and errors¶
Warnings and errors for events that are also visible in the Event log module (e.g. server crash, storage space for the server archive has been exceeded, etc.) can be sent by email.
- Open the Global settings module.
- Open the Email tab.
- In the Email options for warnings and errors section, activate the Send email notification on warning or error checkbox.
- Click in the Who to notify field.
- Select the users and user groups that are to be notified and activate the corresponding checkboxes.
- In the If sending fails, continue retrying for: field, specify how often the email is to be repeated if an error occurs.
