Sending automatic emails for job execution

You can set emails to be sent for each job execution or a daily summary of job executions.

  1. Open the Jobs module.
  2. Click on the Global job settings button in the menu bar.
  3. In the Upload type specific configuration dialog, define globally whether emails should be sent for job execution and configure the settings for this.
  4. Select the desired job and navigate to the Job configuration area.

  5. Navigate Notification.

    Notification is only displayed if you have selected the Job specific or Daily email mode in the Upload type specific configuration configuration dialog.

  6. Click in the Who to notify field.

  7. Select the users and user groups to be notified and activate the corresponding checkboxes.
  8. Email recipients who are not octoplant users, enterAdditional email addresses in the field. Enter multiple recipients separated by commas.
