Integrate standard libraries

Create a new component in the UserClient, then move the data for the standard library to the component's working directory and create a base version.

Assign one of the following component types:

• Siemens SIMATIC S7: Simatic S7 Library in the Siemens\PLC directory
• Siemens TIA Portal: TIA Portal Library in the Siemens\TIA Portal directory
• RSLogix 5000: RSLogix5000 in the Rockwell directory.
