ReportClient modules
The modules offer focused insights into activities across all octoplant clients. Each module highlights a specific aspect of system behavior or component lifecycle.
Selecting a key figure within any module instantly displays the related components, jobs, or system events in the Statistics area, complete with all relevant metadata. This allows you to move seamlessly from high‑level trends to detailed analysis.
-
Check‑In
Gain a clear overview of all check‑in activity.
This module shows how often components were successfully checked in, as well as how often errors or information messages occurred during the process.
You can also track:
- Newly added components
- Deleted components
- Newly created versions
- Components checked in without creating a version
-
Check‑Out
Understand how components are being used and modified.
The Check‑Out module summarizes all successful check‑out operations and flags any associated errors or messages.
It also reveals:
- How many checked‑out components are currently locked
- Which components are actively being processed
This helps you keep an eye on ongoing work and potential bottlenecks.
-
Components locked and under development
This module provides an overview of components that are currently unavailable to others because they are locked or marked as Under development.
-
Automatic backups
Stay informed about the health of your backup routines.
This module presents the results of automatic backup jobs and displays the comparison status between the backup created and the server version or the previous backup. This allows you to check whether your data is consistently protected or whether changes have occurred. You can also see here how many components are covered by jobs and thus backed up.
-
System Events
This module provides a complete history of system-level activity, including errors, warnings and informational events.
Here and in the Statistics area you can see the same information as in the Event log module in the AdminClient.
