Jobs
Information on jobs
To display information on the jobs available for the component, select the Jobs tab.
The following data is displayed for each job:

Latest job results: The comparison results of the last job execution (server version vs. backup, previous backup vs. backup)
Tip
You can also see the comparison results of the last job execution at a glance on one of the tiles at the top of the component overview.

Last execution: Time at which the job was last executed
- Execution state: Indicates whether the job was executed automatically according to a schedule, manually or was done using the BackupClient
- Next start: Time at which the job should next be executed
Select the arrow to the left of the job name for more information.
- Job id: The ID of the job
- Server version vs. Backup: Comparison results between the server version and the backup
- Previous backup vs. Backup: Comparison results between the previous backup and the backup
- Upload type: Upload type of the job. The upload type specifies which settings are available when the job is created. Upload types can be general or device-specific.
- Schedule: Schedule for executing the job
- on Error: Desired response to an error
Executing jobs
To execute a job, select the Start button in the corresponding row in the Jobs tab.
The job is executed. A backup is created if the job is successfully executed.
Displaying information on job results
To display the job results of an individual job, select the button in a row.
The following results are displayed in a separate dialog:
- Job results: The comparison results of the job execution (server version vs. backup, previous backup vs. backup)
- Executed on: Time at which the job was executed
- Backup: Path of the directory in the server archive, where the current backup of the job was saved
- Location: Host name of the computer which was used to execute the job
- Version: Path of the directory in the server archive, where the current backup of the job was saved
