Easy Asset Integrator¶
The Easy Asset Integrator makes it possible to automatically create and edit components that are recorded in a CSV file according to certain rules in the UserClient. Jobs can also be created for new and existing components.
This can save work, especially with a large number of components with similar properties, as not every component has to be created and edited individually in the UserClient.
The Easy Asset Integrator can only be used by users with administrative rights or the corresponding group role.
The Easy Asset Integrator is not available for local login or in maintenance mode.

It is strongly recommended to run the Easy Asset Integrator directly on the server, especially if you have a large amount of data.
Quick Reference¶

Select the Easy Asset Integrator button in the menu bar in the UserClient

The Easy Asset Integrator dialog opens.

Click on the arrow next to the Create template with example data button.

You can create a CSV file either with sample data of the system, all or selected components from your Project tree.
- Fill the CSV file with your desired content. You can find a description of the columns at here.

Make the CSV settings in the Easy Asset Integrator dialog.
- Which CSV separator is used in your CSV file?
- Does your file have a header row that should not be imported?

Load the CSV file into the dialog. lines can be imported as follows. : Lines contain errors.

Are all lines free of errors? Then import the components and check them in.
