Basic steps

At the beginning, check the following:

  • The script package is activated in the license.
  • Scripting is activated in the AdminClient for the server or client.
  • All script data has been transferred to the correct tab in the AdminClient, Script management module. Compare the timestamps to verify.
  • The SCRIPT files are saved in ANSI format.

    If the encoding is not correct, the script may fail to execute without a clear error.

  • A known example (for example, from this documentation) runs successfully in your system.
