Creating jobs¶
- Start the AdminClient and open the Jobs module.
- Select an ABB Freelance component in the Project tree.
- Click on the Create button in the menu bar or drag and drop the component into the Jobs area.
- Check if the upload type ABB Freelance is displayed in the Job configuration area.
- Configure the general sections General, Notification, Upload and compare and Create a version automatically after job run. The sections Notification and Create a version automatically after job run are only displayed if the settings required for this have been made.
- Configure the ABB Freelance settings section. If a component contains several program files *.pro, the desired project can be selected via the dropdown menu. The controller is accessed via the path PC->[TCP/IP]->PLC.
- Save the job and execute it.

You can implement further settings for jobs of this upload type in the AdminClient in the Global settings dialog and by using the INI files.
