Comparing AVEVA CITECT SCADA projects
For technical reasons, it is not determined whether a CITECT SCADA project is open in the editor before a comparison.
Before starting a comparison, close your project in the CITECT SCADA Editor.
If the CITECT SCADA project is in your client's editing directory of your client and is in the Not compiled state, a warning 
appears in the UserClient during comparison and the comparison is likely to fail.
