Integrate existing projects¶

If MOTOMAN-NX100 project data is available, you can integrate it into octoplant with the following steps:

1. Create a new component in the UserClient. Select Motoman NX100 in the Yaskawa directory as the component type.
2. Right-click on your component and select Show in file manager or press Ctrl+E.
3. Copy the project files (file extensions PRM, DAT, CND, SYS, JBI) to the Working directory.
4. Open the project in the editor by pressing F4 or by right-clicking on Open with editor in the ribbon.
5. If you make changes, save your data and then close the editor.
6. Click on Create base version and Check-In.

Create and manage new MOTOMAN-NX100 projects¶

If you do not have any MOTOMAN-NX100 project data, you can copy it via a job and then version it:

1. Create a new component in the UserClient. Select Motoman NX100 in the Yaskawa directory as the component type.
2. Go to the Extras tab and click on Check-In without base version.
3. Open the AdminClient and go to Jobs.
4. Create a job for your MOTOMAN component.
5. Click on Execute selected jobs once in the menu bar of the job.
6. Open the Jobs tab in the UserClient.
7. Select the job results in the Job results area and click on Copy backup to directory.
8. Select the Working directory.
9. Click on Create new version.
10. Click on Check-In.

You have now integrated the MOTOMAN-NX100 project for administration.
