Creating jobs¶
- Start the AdminClient and open the Jobs module.
- Select your Schneider PL7 Pro component in the Project tree.
- Click on the Create button in the ribbon or drag and drop the component into the Jobs area.
- Go to the Job configuration column in the right-hand area of the interface. There, check the Upload type Schneider PL7 PRO and configure the General and Upload and compare fields.
- Configure the Schneider PL7 PRO settings.
- Select the Schneider PL7 Pro project from the Project dropdown menu. This option is only relevant if there is more than one Schneider PL7 Pro project in the component.
- Under Device, enter the network address or the name of the device.
- Under Driver, enter the name of the Schneider PL7 Pro driver that matches the selected network.
- By default, comparison is performed with the comparison settings of the component. You can make job-specific adjustments in the section File specifications and compare settings. The table shows the set comparison and storage behavior. Activate the checkbox Enable custom configuration for this job and click on Edit. Define new parameters for the comparison and storage process in the dialog that then opens.
