Atlas Copco nutrunner controls
octoplant supports the management of Atlas Copco nutrunner controllers and enables the automatic creation of backups and cyclical monitoring of the controllers.
octoplant supports two types of Atlas Copco tightening systems:
- Power Focus 4000 system: The Power Focus 4000 is designed for portable tightening systems.
- Power MACS 4000 system: The Power MACS 4000 is an advanced process control and monitoring system for fixtured applications.

Requirements

Power Focus 4000 system
- To carry out uploads and comparisons, a compatible version of the editor must be installed on the same computer on which the server or an agent is running.
- The upload is carried out using the commandline tool
ttpf.exe
(ToolsTalk Power Focus 4000) from Atlas Copco. This tool must be installed, licensed and running on the computer (server or agent) carrying out the upload.

Power MACS 4000 system

To carry out uploads, a compatible version of the editor must be installed on the same computer on which the server or an agent is running.

The upload is carried out using the commandline tool
PowerMacs4000.exe
(ToolsTalk Power MACS 4000) from Atlas Copco. This tool must be installed, licensed and running on the computer (server or agent) carrying out the upload.

To perform uploads for Atlas Copco nutrunner controls, the executing service must run under a specific user account that is a member of the Administrators group.
Uploads will fail if the VDog MasterService, VDog UploadAgent, or VDog CompareAgent services are running under the LocalSystem account. -
For Atlas Copco nutrunner controls, you must launch either the agent or the VDog MasterService (depending on which one is used) as an application.
