Requirements for working with PHOENIX CONTACT PC WORX safety controllers

To use the upload and comparison functions of octoplant:

  1. Use the PC Worx Safety component type for safety controllers.

  2. Open your project in PC Worx, navigate to the Global_Variables of the project and set the PDD-Property (project data directory) for the following 4 variables:

    • SPNS_PROJECT_CRC
    • SPNS_PROJECT_NAME
    • PLC_CRC_PRJ_RAM
    • PLC_CRC_PRJ_SRC

After making changes to the SafetyProg, load the program sources of the mwt project into the controller. Otherwise a checksum error occurs.
