Starting with octoplant version 101.2.x, Microsoft Windows 8.1 and older versions are no longer supported.

There’s a known issue with V15.0. In case the upload fails with one of the following error messages, we recommand to upgrade the project to a newer version.

Requirements

To carry out uploads and comparisons, a compatible version of the editor must be installed on the same computer on which the server or an agent is running.
The version of the local editor must correspond to the version of the editor with which the project was created.
To carry out uploads with multiple versions of Schneider EcoStruxure Control Expert, Upload and Compare agents are required.
