TIA Portal Project Server Importer

The TIA Portal Project Server Importer is a Windows service that periodically checks a configured Siemens TIA Project Server for new project versions and imports them into the octoplant server.

Installation requirements

• Access the myAMDT and download the TIA Portal Project Server Importer under this link.

• The AMDT Importer Configurator is automatically installed alongside the TIA Portal Project Server Importer.

• Use the AMDT Importer Configurator to set up the TIA Portal Project Server Importer and specify the projects to be imported into the octoplant server.

Compatibility

The TIA Project Server Importer has been tested and verified to work with the Siemens Project Server Version 1.1 API.

Any Siemens TIA Portal version that is compatible with this project server version is supported.
