Uninstallation

Prerequisites

• If you have made changes to the config.yml file that you would like to keep, copy the file to another directory.

• Uninstall PostgreSQL 14 with Add or remove programs:

  

Procedure

1. Open Add or remove programs.
2. Locate octoplant hub in the list of installed applications.
3. Select it and click Uninstall.

Alternative procedure

1. Navigate to the directory where the executable octoplant hub file is located.
2. Run the application. The octoplant hub Setup wizard will launch.
3. Select Uninstall when prompted.
4. Wait for the installation process to complete.
5. Select Close once finished.

Post-uninstallation cleanup

• Delete the following folders if they still exist:

  • C:\Program Files\AUVESY-MDT\octoplanthub, and in particular, the config.yml file.
  • C:\Program Files\AUVESY-MDT\postgresq1hub
