Note on versiondog 7.0.0¶

We have improved the support of unicode. This means for you:

• The migration when updating to versiondog 7.0.0 will take a little longer as all databases will be migrated.
• Not all unicode characters are displayed correctly by older operating systems. The exact range of supported unicode characters depends on the Windows version used and the installed language packs.
• Not all editors are unicode capable or support unicode characters
• Interface files are generated with UTF-16 from versiondog 7.0.0. Older scripts that are not compatible must be adapted accordingly.
