Atlas Copco nutrunner controls

versiondog supports the management of Atlas Copco nutrunner controllers and enables the automatic creation of backups and cyclical monitoring of the controllers. The Atlas Copco Tightening Systems upload performs the upload of Atlas Copco nutrunner controls.

versiondog supports two types of Atlas Copco tightening systems:

  • Power Focus 4000 system: The Power Focus 4000 is designed for portable tightening systems. It requires the ToolsTalk PF software, which provides the command-line tool ttpf.exe, used to perform uploads.

  • Power MACS 4000 system: The Power MACS 4000 is an advanced process control and monitoring system for fixtured applications. It requires the ToolsTalk PowerMACS software, which includes the command-line tool PowerMacs4000.exe, used for uploads.

Required parameters vary per system, as detailed in the System requirements section.

Other requirements

  • To integrate projects, the editor must be installed on the same computer on which the server or an agent is running.

  • The upload is carried out using the ttpf.exe tool (ToolsTalk Power Focus 4000) from Atlas Copco. This tool must be installed, licensed and running on the computer (server or agent) carrying out the upload.
