PHOENIX CONTACT PC WORX

PC WORX is the development environment for the controllers ILC, AXC, RFC, S-MAX, PC WORX RT and CPX (Festo) from PHOENIX CONTACT GmbH & Co. KG. This documentation describes the interaction of PC WORX with the UserClient and is intended to enable the user to work with this system.

A basic knowledge of the concepts of the versiondog system and experience in working with PC WORX is assumed.

Other requirements

  • If you are using more than one version of PC WORX at the same time, we recommend using Agents.
  • In order for uploads to be performed, the software should be installed on the same computer as the versiondog Server.
  • If PC WORX is not installed on the same computer as your Server, the Agents must be installed on the computer on which PC WORX is installed.
