Schneider Concept
versiondog supports the management of Schneider Concept projects and enables the cyclical monitoring of devices that have been configured with this development environment.
A basic knowledge of the concepts of versiondog and experience in working with Schneider Concept is required.
System requirements
Schneider Concept Version | 2.5 | 2.6 |
---|---|---|
versiondog 3.2 | ✓ | ✓ |
Other requirements
- The Schneider Concept editor cannot open projects whose path is longer than 29 characters. An error message can be avoided by separating the component directory from the working directory. The path of the working directory must be shorter than 29 characters.
- If relevant changes have been made to the project after the upload to the PLC, a warning is issued.
- It is strongly recommended that edited projects are always versioned after the upload to the PLC. Otherwise the time stamps of the backup and the current version may no longer match, which can cause problems during operation.
