Configuring MITSUBISHI MELSOFT GX Works3 connection paths

  1. Open the MELSOFT GX Works3 Editor.

  2. Check the IP in the project of the last version. If the IP is not correct from the server or agent's point of view, adjust it.

  3. Select the connection destination tab in the left-hand area of the editor and select the connection button.

  4. Set up the connection as required. For ethernet, the options ethernet board and PLC module are sufficient. You can set the IP by double-clicking PLC module.

  5. After entering the IP, check it again in the main dialog.

  1. Select OK to confirm.
  2. Save the changed project and create a new version in versiondog (version without difference).
