Requirements
- The Schneider Concept editor cannot open projects whose path is longer than 29 characters. An error message can be avoided by separating the component directory from the working directory. The path of the working directory must be shorter than 29 characters.
- If relevant changes have been made to the project after the upload to the PLC, a warning is issued.
- It is strongly recommended that edited projects are always versioned after the upload to the PLC. Otherwise the time stamps of the backup and the current version may no longer match, which can cause problems during operation.
Integration features
- Custom component type
- Integrated Schneider Concept project tree
- Direct opening of the editor from the UserClient
- Consistent change history
- Custom upload type
- SmartCompare for Schneider Concept projects (version <-> version detailed comparison)
- Automatic monitoring of the differences between the program on the device and the current version on the server (server version <-> backup detailed comparison)
- No additional software required
